Boarding
Welcome to Reams Ridge Kennel—where every dog becomes part of the family. Nestled on our family’s ridge, our boarding and daycare offer a cozy, home-away-from-home experience for your four-legged loved one. Here, dogs don’t just stay in kennels—they relax in the living room, play with our pack, and enjoy the same love and attention they’d get at home. Whether they’re here for the day or an extended stay, your pup will be treated like one of our own, surrounded by care, comfort, and plenty of tail wags.
Doggy Day Care
At Reams Ridge, our daycare isn’t just a place to drop off your dog—it’s a day full of fun, friendship, and care. Dogs spend their time socializing in a safe, supervised environment, enjoying structured playtime as well as moments to relax and unwind.
We treat every pup like part of the family, providing attention, affection, and enrichment throughout the day. Whether it’s running around with new friends, exploring our yard, or curling up for a cozy nap, your dog will have a tail-wagging good time.
We focus on positive interactions, healthy socialization, and a routine that keeps dogs happy and comfortable. When your pup leaves at the end of the day, they’re not just tired—they’re happy, confident, and ready to come back for another fun day on the ridge.
Training
Good manners make for happy dogs and happy families. Our basic training program focuses on building a strong foundation through positive, patient, and consistent guidance. We work on everyday essentials like sit, stay, and walking calmly on a leash—skills that help your dog feel confident and connected to you. Whether your pup is just starting out or needs a little refresher, our goal is to make learning fun and rewarding for both of you.
Breeding
At Reams Ridge, we are passionate about raising AKC American Labrador Retrievers who exemplify health, temperament, and the classic Labrador qualities that make them beloved family companions. Our breeding program is thoughtfully planned to prioritize strong genetics, proper socialization, and the lifelong well-being of every puppy.
From the moment a litter is born, each puppy receives individualized care, love, and attention in a home environment. We introduce them to people, sounds, and everyday experiences to ensure they grow into confident, well-adjusted dogs ready for their forever homes.
Our goal is simple: to produce healthy, happy, and friendly Labradors that bring joy, loyalty, and companionship to families for years to come. Every dog leaving Reams Ridge carries a piece of our family’s love, care, and dedication.
Boarding
RATES
$40/night- discounts available for multiple dogs of the same household
REQUIREMENTS
Free of ticks and parasites
Current (within one year) Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella
Current (within three years) Rabies
Proof of vaccines from a veterinarian will be required before admittance of your dog to the kennel. Either the vaccine records (paper copy) or a phone call from the clinic, or an email with current vaccines recorded from the veterinarian.

Monday- Saturday 8am-10am; 4pm-6pm
Sunday- By appointment
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Nail Clipping $10
Private Walk $15/per day
Drop Off/Pick Up: $10 each way within 15 miles; beyond 15 miles, $1/mile
WHAT TO BRING
Food, special treats or toys, special blanket
Any medications
*All kennels come with a complimentary bed that is laundered between guests. You are welcome to bring some comforts from home for your dog such as their own blanket, toys, treats. We offer 5% cash discount. 48 hour cancellation notice is required.

Hi, we’re Todd and April, the heart behind Reams Ridge Kennel. Our home on the ridge is shared with our family and a pack of happy Labradors who inspire everything we do. Dogs have always been a big part of our lives, and we wanted to create a place where others could feel the same love and comfort when they’re away from home.
